Commenting about the CV on the RightMatch ATS

Meaning -

RightMatch ATS are used to search candidates who are looking for job and screening whether they fit in the job available with us.
Commenting on the RightMatch ATS would mean that once you glance to the CV or you talk to the candidate, the update and the details are to be mentioned in the Comments option.

Need -

It helps the internal team to understand your view about the candidate
Other team members are aware that this candidate is interested or not interested. Whether some consultant has spoken to him or not.
It saves in time to go through the CV and talk to the candidate again for which he is already spoken with.
It avoids Duplication calls.

Usage -

RightMatch ATS is one of the means through which candidates are sourced.
Once you put in a search for a specific position and you come across some CV's, you will get an option of Comments to ADD OR VIEW the comments for that specific CV.
You can add comments with your name so that it helps you as well other team members know about the status of the candidate.

Client Address Sheet

Client Address sheet refers to a written document given by RightMatch after meeting the candidate for the pre screening. It contains the address and the contact person to meet at the clients end.
