  • It helps us get all the information which is needed.

Usage -

  • The List of Questions to be asked is used with the Job Description sheet.
  • It should be written behind every JD sheet so that we know what types of question are to be asked for what type of position.

TYPES OF QUESTIONS TO BE ASKED IN THE INTERVIEW

Candidate Applicant Tracking System
Meaning -

  • CATS is an applicant tracking software used by every consultant to track the records of candidates.
  • Every consultant is expected to enter all the details about the candidate spoken to. No matter whether the candidate is interested for opportunity or not.

Need -

  • It can work out to be one of the useful database or our own. Every entry made in CATS can be referred by other employees and thus helps in data sharing.
  • CATS has a very useful option of working like a database portal. We can search candidates from CATS. (Candidate - Search candidates - advance search) - is the path to search candidates whose details are entered into CATS.
  • It helps to avoid DUPLICATION. It means it helps the consultants to know whether the candidate is been spoken by some other consultant for the same job.
  • It SAVES CALLING TIME of duplicate candidates.
  • OWNERSHIP OF THE CANDIDATE FOR A SPECIFIC JOB WILL STAY WITH THE CONSULTANT WHO HAS THE FIRST ENTRY IN CATS.

Usage -

  • Client Delivery Manager prepares a COMPANY with the contact details of the client.
  • Client Delivery Manager prepares the JOB ORDER i.e. REQUIREMENT for on which active work is going on.
  • Once the COMPANY and the JOB ORDER is created, Recruiters need to start making entries in CATS.
  • Each and every candidate contacted has to be added in CATS no matter what profile he is interested. All details like - Name, Contact No., Email id, Address, Current Co., CTC etc.
  • The CV’s of the candidates need to be attached in CATS.
  • Once the candidate is added, you need to “Log an Activity”. Here you need to log EACH & EVERY activity with the Candidate.
  • If there is an interest from the candidate for the profile, add the candidate to the “Job Order Pipeline”

There are different stages in the Job order pipeline.

  • If the candidates CV need to be sent - the status needs to be changed to “Submitted”
  • If the candidate is to be scheduled for the interview - the status needs to be changed to “Interviewing”
  • Latter the status needs to be changed every time there is a further move in the interview process (Not in consideration - did not attend the interview/Offered - client liked and offered the candidate / Joined - candidate joined the company / Client Declined - candidate rejected)
